The Neurodivergent Woman podcast showcases neurodivergent women and those assigned female at birth from all walks of life. We aim to understand their experiences and amplify their voices. Michelle and Monique also aim to educate and inform the world about neurodivergence from ADHD to Autism and everything in between by sharing information on neurodiversity in Girls and Women, and interviewing women and AFAB people about their lived experience of being neurodivergent. We cover all the important topics from birthing, relationships, sex, and peri-menopause through to getting a diagnosis, and therapeutic strategies. This podcast is also for families, friends, partners, bosses, colleagues and health professionals of neurodivergent people.

We aim to make our podcasts accessible. Our team member Marie Masse joined us in 2023 to transcribe our episodes into beautiful polished transcripts, so that those with Auditory processing or memory issues can also enjoy our content! There is room to write down notes and musings too. You can purchase these at TNWP website here
Patreon members get first access to transcripts.

We started the Patreon for those who wanted to support the podcast and the cost of offering transcripts.
We also wanted to deliver more neurodiversity affirming resources and information to people who are looking for additional tips and support at a low cost, as the demand for therapy is very high and difficult to meet. Therefore we have started a Patreon account of which there are two tiers and includes access to a monthly zoom hangout for The Neurodivergent Woman Podcast community.
We hope this extension of the podcast will also help our listeners overseas and in places where neurodiversity affirming resources and help is hard to find. We hope to build a community to help and support one another.
